You can customize the availability of your resources based on the type of user (e.g., part-time users, full-time users, VIP users, etc.) to offer different availabilities for the same resource (e.g., 9 AM - 5 PM vs 24/7). Click here to learn more about User account type.

Where can I find the conditional availability setting for my resources?

To find the conditional availability of your resources:

  1. Click on Resources

  2. Select Resource Types

  3. Click on the Resource type of your interest

  4. Under Time selection, select either 'Users can freely select start and end time' OR 'Users must book entire time slots that I define'

How do I set up conditional availability for resources that can be freely booked?

  1. Under Time selection, select 'Users can freely select start and end time'

  2. To configure the conditional availability, you have 2 options: Default availability and Advanced availability

  3. Default availability will override the Service hours configured in your Settings > Organization > Locations, and it will apply to all Users regardless of their User account type.

  4. Advanced availability will offer custom hours based on the User's account type

How do I set up conditional availability for resources with time slots?

  1. Under Time selection, select 'Users must book entire time slots that I define'

  2. Just like the free select option, you also have 2 options for conditional availability of time slots: Default availability and Advanced availability.

  3. Default availability will override the Settings > Organization > Locations, and it will apply to all Users regardless of their User account type.

  4. Advanced availability will offer custom hours based on the User's account type
