In Optix, you can create custom Account Types to help categorize your Users into different types. By assigning your Users to an Account Type, you'll also be able to see the different types of Users in one glance:
How do I create a User Account Type?
Click on Users and select All Users
Click on the User of your interest
Click on the three-dot menu on the right-hand panel
Select Change type
Click on the drop-down menu and select Add new type
Add the name of the new Account Type and select a colour
Click Save
