In Optix, you can create custom Account Types to help categorize your Users into different types. By assigning your Users to an Account Type, you'll also be able to see the different types of Users in one glance:
How do I create a User Account Type?
Navigate to your Users tab and click on a User to open their account panel
You will find the Account type within the Details section on the far left
Click on the account type to select a different type, or scroll to the bottom of your account type list and select Add new type.
Add the name of the new Account Type and select a colour
Click Save
