When configuring Plans, you have the option to control how they're provided for Users. Start dates and end dates are both customizable with a few settings in Optix. Let's break it down:

Start Dates

If a user can purchase their own plans in the app, you can either allow them to select their start date or limit the settings so their plan must begin on the date of purchase. To choose your preference, navigate to Settings > Plans:

End Dates

If a user can purchase their own plans in the app, you can provide the option for the user to choose their end date. Alternatively, you can set a customized length, or set the plan to recur indefinitely. This is done when you're creating or editing the Plan itself.

Note: If you are assigning plans via the web dashboard, you can always choose the start and end date for a user or team plan. Learn how to do so here.
