If one of your users is looking to remove card details from their account, they can either do so themselves in the app, or you can update this information on their behalf.
Note: If your organization settings require all Users to have a payment method on file at all times, they will not be able to remove their payment method before adding another one to their account.
Select Users from the left-hand menu, or if adding a method to a team, select the Teams tab
Search for the user/team that you'd like to add a payment method to
Navigate to the Payment details section of their account panel
Click the three vertical dots next to the payment method you wish to remove, then click Remove
