How do I move a payment method from a user to a team?

As an admin, learn how to move payment methods from an individual user to their team

If a particular user is now responsible for a team (as a team admin), they may want to move their individual payment method to their team's payment method.

  1. Click on the user you'd like to change and from the right side panel, click Account

  2. Scroll to view the payment method and click the three-dot menu on the right

  3. Click Move to team to move the payment method from the personal account to the team account
