1. Select Dashboard from the left-hand menu

  2. Scroll down to the bottom to the Check-ins section

  3. Here, you'll be able to see who's currently present, as well as who's checked in

    Present: A user who has given their app access to 'Location services' and is currently being picked up by the GPS as 'on-site.'

    Checked in: A user who has been manually checked into the venue. In the above example, only two of the nine users are checked in. The rest are present, but are not checked in.

    Note: As soon as a user is checked in, they will remain listed under "Check-ins" for the remainder of the day, even if they physically leave the venue and are no longer on-site.
