How do I review messages I've sent to users?

Learn how to view your message history from within the admin dashboard

You can view a full history of messages sent using the Optix chat functionality, as well as continue an open conversation with a user, from within the web dashboard. You will also be able to see these when logged in to the app. 

  1. Click the message icon in the upper left corner of your Optix web dashboard

  2. Scroll through the left-hand list of messages to find the users you've sent messages to. To read a message thread, click the user's name.

  3. You can also use the search bar to locate a conversation with a user or look up keywords you've used to correspond with users.
