How do I change the logo that appears as my users log in to the app?

As an admin, learn how to customize your Optix app with your organization's logo

To change the logo that appears on the login screen of the app:

  1. Log in to your optixapp.com subdomain

  2. Click Settings in the left-hand menu

  3. On the Organization details page, click on the

  4. Click on the Square logo and/or the Wide logo to update and click Save Changes

Note: This will only update the logo seen upon onboarding into the app. If you have a white-labeled app, you can also update your logo or any other included content for a $99 USD fee per instance. For more information, contact Optix support.
