How do I request that my user data be deleted?

As a user, learn how to request the deletion of your user data from the Optix database

In compliance with privacy regulations we will happily accommodate requests to delete your user data from our database. Note that removing a user account from an Optix organization does not constitute the deletion of all data points from the database.

To submit your request, please send an email titled 'User Data Deletion Request' to support@optixapp.com, being sure to send the request from the email linked to your account.
