Within the admin dashboard
- Click on your profile photo/avatar in the top left corner of your Optix web dashboard
- Click Account
- Click the Settings tab
- Next to 'Password' click Change
If you've forgotten your password
- Navigate to your optixapp.com subdomain
- In the text box below 'E-mail address,' enter the email address associated with your Optix account
- Click Forgot password? under the 'Password text box'
- This will open a confirmation page. Re-enter your email address and click Reset Password
- This will trigger an email to be sent to you. Follow the instructions in the email to finish resetting your password
