How do I change or reset my password?

As an admin, learn what to do if you forgot your password or simply need to change it

Within the admin dashboard

  1. Click on your profile photo/avatar in the top left corner of your Optix web dashboard

  2. Click Account

  3. Click the Settings tab

  4. Next to 'Password' click Change 

If you've forgotten your password

  1. Navigate to your optixapp.com subdomain

  2. In the text box below 'E-mail address,' enter the email address associated with your Optix account

  3. Click Forgot password? under the 'Password text box'

  4. This will open a confirmation page. Re-enter your email address and click Reset Password 

  5. This will trigger an email to be sent to you. Follow the instructions in the email to finish resetting your password
