Forgot your password? Need to update it? It's easy to reset the password associated with your account from the login screen of your organization's mobile app.
From your app's login screen, enter the email address associated with your Optix account and tap Next
Select the location
At the bottom of the screen, tap Forgot Password
Ensure the email you entered is correct, then tap Email Reset Code
Navigate to your email to retrieve the reset code
Return to your app. Enter the password reset code and your new password and tap Set New Password
Note: The reset code you receive from Optix is not a temporary password. Input the reset code in the first field to allow you to reset your password (in the second field).
