Forgot your password? Need to update it? It's easy to reset the password associated with your account from the login screen of your organization's mobile app.
- From your app's login screen, enter the email address associated with your Optix account and tap Next
- Select the venue
- At the bottom of the screen, tap Forgot Password
- Ensure the email you entered is correct, then tap Email Reset Code
- Navigate to your email to retrieve the reset code
- Return to your app. Enter the password reset code and your new password and tap Set New Password
Note: The reset code you receive from Optix is not a temporary password. Input the reset code in the first field to allow you to reset your password (in the second field).
