How do I enable or disable auto-payments?

As a user, learn how to set your account to process invoice payments automatically

You can choose to enable or disable automatic payments on Optix invoices within the 'Payments' section of your mobile app.

  1. Tap the Menu icon 

  2. Select Payment Methods 

  3. Next to 'Pay invoices automatically,' toggle on or off based on your preference. You can always change this by coming back to this screen.

Note: If you don't see this toggle, this means your organization's administrator has chosen to require autopay. Therefore, you don't have to manually turn auto-pay on as it is already on by default
