If you've chosen an outside software to manage your payments, you can easily disable the relevant sections within your Optix account by following these steps:
1. Ensure you don't have a payment gateway connected to your Optix account by visiting the Apps page in your web dashboard. This will block your users from being able to add payment methods to their account or pay for invoices

2. Have the Optix team disable 'Payment Methods' on your behalf. This will remove the relevant sections from your mobile app (Payment Methods and Invoices) and from your web dashboard (Invoices)
Note: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know that you'd like us to disable all payments and invoicing at your location.
