How do I contact the organization administrator?

As a user, learn how to contact a staff member directly through your workplace app

If you need to contact your organization administrator, you can send them a message through the 'Contact administrator' section of your mobile app.

  1. Tap the Menu icon 

  2. Select Contact administrator 

  3. Type in your message and tap Send. Your administrator will be notified that you require assistance 

Note: You will see the response under your messages, accessible by tapping the message icon in the top right of your screen
