How do I charge my Users weekly or bi-weekly, rather than monthly?

As an admin, learn how to change the invoice cycle of your Users' plans.

If you offer memberships that renew on different cadences, you can customize Plans to invoice weekly, every 2 weeks and more.

Billing and Allowance renewal cycles can only be customized by Admins. If you sell Plans via your Sign-up Widget, the billing and Allowance renewal cycles will be whatever is set on your Plan template.

Note: You can only customize the billing cycle and Allowance renewal cycle for new Plans and Plan Templates. Once a Plan is active, the billing or allowance renewal cadence will be locked.

When creating a Plan template or a custom Plan:

  1. Navigate to the Billing section, and select the drop down, 'Every month'.

2. Select the billing frequency of your choice.

3. Navigate to the Allowance renewal section and confirm if you would like this Plan's Billing cycle to match its Allowance renewal.

Pro tip! Changing the Allowance renewal to be daily vs. monthly, is a great way to limit the amount of hours a member can book Resources before getting charged each day. (ie. Their membership comes with 1 free hour of Phone Booth time/day. After that, they are required to pay the hourly rate.)

Note: All Allowance in the Plan will follow the Allowance renewal schedule you select. If you are trying to limit certain Resources' daily or weekly allowance, you will need to create a separate Plan for those Allowances.
