As an Optix Admin, you are able to include multiple Steps and Actions within one Automation. Only Actions will count towards your monthly Action limit, as per your Automations+ subscription tier. To learn more about what Actions are in Optix, click here.
Note: Default Automations do not count towards your Action limit until you customize them.
What happens when I reach my Action limit?
For each tier of the Automations +, you have a limit to how many Actions you can use before you're prompted to upgrade to allow more Actions.
Once you have reached your Action limit, the new enrolments will have a 'Held' status until they can be triggered. Here, you can choose to wait until the next billing cycle or increase the Actions limit to immediately resume the enrolments.
While waiting for your next billing cycle or before upgrading to a new Automations+ tier:
The system will still allow existing enrolments to continue
Existing Automations will remain live
New enrolments will not be executed until the limit has been increased or until the next cycle
How can I increase my Action limit?
You can increase your Action limit by:
Navigating to Settings > Optix subscription to update your limit
Clicking on the 'Held' status enrolments
