How do I increase my action limit?
To increase your action limit, you'll need to subscribe to Automations+. To upgrade your subscription:
Additionally, note that every Optix subscription level has a minimum tier requirement for Automations+. This means you can upgrade to a higher tier as needed, but cannot downgrade below the minimum tier defined by your subscription level.
Click on Settings
Click on Automations
Click on Get Automations+
Select the number of actions per month you'd like to upgrade to from the drop-down menu under Automations+
βClick Upgrade
If you're already subscribed to Automations+ and would like to add additional actions:
Changes made to your subscription, such as upgrading to a higher tier, typically take effect immediately and align with your current billing cycle. This ensures you can immediately benefit from the increased action limit without waiting for the next cycle.
Click on Settings
Click on Automations
Under Billing and monthly actions, select the limit you'd like to upgrade to from the drop-down menu and click Save changes at the bottom
Tip: If you're unsure which tier to upgrade to, you can opt for a pay-per-action plan. This option is only available to those already on the Monthly Automations+ plan.
For additional flexibility, enabling pay-per-action billing allows you to cover extra usage beyond your monthly allowance. This option is ideal for users with variable monthly workflows that periodically exceed their standard allowance.
Note: You also have the option to wait to increase your action limit. Optix sends an email when you've reached 70% of your limit, and another one once you've completely reached your limit. Clicking the link provided in the email will direct you to where you can upgrade your limit.
Additionally, actions are reset monthly at the start of each billing cycle. Planning your usage in alignment with this cycle can help you make the most of your subscription and avoid disruptions.
