When creating an Automation from a Recipe or from scratch, all triggers and actions are available to all clients to see and explore in your dashboard!
If you have not upgraded to Automations+, premium actions and triggers will be identified by an 'Automations+' pillbox. These require upgrading to Automations+ prior to setting the Automation live.

Depending on your subscription tier, all clients have a limited total number of actions available each month. These completed actions can come from any basic trigger or action type.

When upgrading to Automations+, you unlock the ability to leverage premium actions or triggers, as mentioned above, or you can also purchase Automations+ to unlock additional actions/month. To learn more about each tier, and how to find the right tier for your business, click here.
Note: Automations labeled 'Default' are always listed on your Automations homepage, however, these are not counted towards your total actions completed each month unless you customize the Automation's workflow. You can also pause Default Automations if you would prefer to build your own automated communication with your Users.
