All Optix accounts receive a limited number of basic Automations Actions with their subscription. To learn more about the number of basic Automations included in your subscription, click here.
Upgrading to Automations+ unlocks access to premium triggers and actions and/or an additional number of total actions.
Note: Downgrading to a lower subscription's tier is not possible at this time. For example, if you are on a Scale subscription, the minimum Automations+ subscription available to you is 1,000 actions for $149.
When considering which Automation+ subscription tier to choose for your business, we recommend considering how many automated actions you anticipate leveraging on a monthly basis. This will be impacted by:
Your unique goals and how much of your work you aim to automate
The size of your team and how frequently you want tasks created for your team
The number of Users you engage with on a monthly basis
The number of leads you generate on a monthly basis

Note: All Optix subscriptions include unlimited default Automations. Actions won't be counted towards your total count if you only customize the messages in the default Automations. If you add or remove steps from the default Automations, the default Automation will no longer remain default and will count towards your total available actions.
