What happens if I go beyond my action limit?

As an admin, learn what happens when you go beyond your action limit

You'll receive an email that you're approaching your limit when you've reached 80% of your action limit, as well as once you've reached your total limit. Here, you have the option to:

  • Wait until the new billing cycle begins

  • Increase your action limit

Note: Once the action limit has been reached, all new enrollments will be on hold until the next billing cycle. Any active enrollments will not be affected. Click here to learn what an Enrollment is.
