How do I export my user information data?

As an admin, learn how to download your user information from Optix

The user data export will generate a .CSV file containing the account information for the selected users, including booking and invoice summary data.

  1. Click Users from the left-hand menu

  2. Locate the user(s) for which you'd like to export data, and select the checkboxes next to their names. To select all, click the checkbox at the top left of the table

  3. Click Export all from the blue bar that appears on the bottom of your screen

What's included in the export

The exported CSV includes the following fields:

Profile

  • Last name

  • First name

  • Email

  • Title

  • Profession

  • Bio

  • Skills

  • Company

  • Phone

  • City

  • Country

  • Skype

  • LinkedIn profile

  • Facebook profile

  • Google profile

Account

  • Status

  • Account type

  • Source

  • Date created

  • Plans

  • Team

  • Primary location

  • External primary locations

  • Has payment method

  • Has booked

  • Autopayments enabled

  • Additional notification email

Billing

  • Billing name

  • Billing street address

  • Billing city

  • Billing postal code

  • Billing country

  • Tax number

Mobile app

  • App version

  • Location services on

  • Bluetooth on

  • Device model

Bookings & invoices

  • Bookings this month (booked)

  • Bookings this month (created)

  • Bookings last month (booked)

  • Bookings last month (created)

  • First booking date (booked)

  • First booking date (created)

  • Invoiced this month

  • Invoiced last month

  • Invoiced all time

How these columns are calculated:

  • (booked) counts by when the booking takes place. (created) counts by when the booking was originally made. Use "booked" to see activity that occurred this period; use "created" to see what was reserved during this period.

  • This month / last month boundaries are based on your venue's local timezone.

  • Only confirmed bookings are counted. Cancelled bookings are excluded.

  • Invoice totals exclude voided invoices.

Additional columns (if applicable)

  • Custom user properties — each property you've configured will appear as its own column

  • Terms version and Terms agreed date — included if your organization has custom terms of service enabled
