How can I add multiple calendars to my tour booking form?

As an admin, learn how to add multiple calendars to your tour booking form

Whether you'd like to allow your Users to view the collective availability of your tour booking schedule or you'd like to have multiple of the same tour time slots available for your prospective Users to schedule, adding multiple calendars to your tour booking forms may be helpful.

Note: Currently, only Google Calendars can be connected to the tour booking form.

If you haven't done so already, sync tour bookings to your Google Calendar.

Once you've connected your Google account and created your calendars, you're ready to add multiple Google Calendars with their corresponding location(s) within Optix.

  1. Click on Settings from the left-hand menu

  2. Click on Forms and select Tour bookings

  3. Scroll to the 'Synchronize external calendars' section and click Configure

  4. Select the Google calendars you want to connect to your location(s) to in the calendar drop-down menu.

Note: You cannot add the same calendar more than once.

Note: In the screenshot provided, we've named our Google Calendar 'Tour calendar' and 'Book a Desk Downtown Location'. You can name your calendars whatever you would prefer in your Google account!
