If you have popular or limited-time-only Plans and Passes that you'd like to promote at your organization, displaying them on your home screen in-app is a great option to increase their visibility to your Users.

Promoting your Plan Templates
Click on Plans on the left-hand menu and select Plans Templates
Select the Plan Template that you'd like to promote on your home screen in-app
Scroll down to User visibility and enable the toggle beside 'Promote on Home Screen of mobile app'
Promoting your Passes
Click on Passes on the left-hand menu
Select the Pass that you'd like to promote on your home screen in-app
Scroll down to User visibility and enable the toggle beside 'Promote on Home Screen of mobile app'
Note: The Plan template or Pass that you wish to promote on your home screen must also be visible to your existing Users. |
You can also customize the text that displays on the home screen of the mobile app for your promoted Plan Templates and Passes in your Settings > Features > Plans & Passes > Marketing.
