As an admin, learn how to add a custom Allowance to a User or a Team's account

Custom Allowance is a great way to offer specific Allowances to your Users or Teams without having to add a Pass or a Plan to their accounts.

To add custom Allowance to a User or a Team's account:

  1. Click Users from the left-hand menu

  2. Search for and select the User/Team

  3. Click Allowance from the right-hand side

  4. Click on Add Allowance

  5. Select Custom Allowance

  6. Add the Allowance. Decide whether you'd like to provide a limited/unlimited amount of Allowance, expiration date and if you'd like to charge for this custom Allowance or offer it for free.
