You can add or deduct from the balance of a User’s or Team’s Allowance.

1. Click Users from the left-hand menu

2. Search for and select the User/Team

3. Click Allowance from the right-hand side

4. Click on Edit

5. Add or deduct the Allowance or their discount

6. Click Save

Note: Any changes to a User’s or Team’s Allowance made directly in the User’s/Team’s profile will not be charged. To charge for an additional Allowance, manually update the price of their Plan, add a Pass or manually update their Invoice. Learn how to add Allowance here.
