Unconfirmed Users are those who have started but not completed the self-registration process via the web user sign-up or mobile user sign-up features. Prospective Users who have submitted an inquiry form via the web widget, requested access in-app, or registered for a tour will also be recognized as Unconfirmed User.
Users will be listed in your venue dashboard under the status ‘Unconfirmed’. They will not yet have access to your mobile app and they will not be counted towards your active user count for your Optix subscription.
