Has a user reached out and asked to end their assignment? As an admin, you’ll need to end the assignment on their behalf, and you can do this in four steps!
Navigate to Schedule > List and locate the assignment in question
From the three-dot menu, select End
A preview page will appear on the right, showcasing the new end date (today).
You’ll also be able to choose whether you’d like to credit back the user for unused periods and/or the deposit you may have held.
Select End assignment to finalize the transaction.
