How do I verify my ACH payment method with Optix?

As a user, learn how to verify your ACH payment method

User bank accounts connected to Optix require verification. To add and verify your ACH payment method:

  1. Tap the Menu icon

  2. Select Payment methods

  3. To add payment information to your personal user account, tap Personal Payment Method. For your team account, tap Team Payment Method.

  4. Follow the on-screen prompts and click Done

Note: You may get a payment failure if there is an attempted payment triggered, either automatically, by you, or by an admin of your organization.

Once an ACH payment method has been added, Stripe will automatically sends two small deposits to your bank account. These deposits take 1-2 business days to appear on your online statement. The statement has a description that includes AMTS followed by the two microdeposit amounts. As soon as you have these amounts, you can verify your bank account.

5. Navigate back to the Menu icon

6. Select Payment methods and select the bank account

7. Input the two verification amounts

After the bank account has been successfully verified, you will be able to make a payment with it.
