As an administrator, you may be curious to see which users have already gained access to the mobile app. In your Optix dashboard, you can look up this information.
To check download status for an individual user
Select Users from the left-hand menu
Search for the user's name, then click the users name to open their side panel
Select Account and scroll down to the 'Mobile App' section
Here, you'll see if they have an Android or iOS device, the version number, and any permissions they have or have not granted within the app (i.e. Location Services, etc.)
To see all users who have or have not downloaded the app
Select Users from the left-hand menu
Select the Device filter
Select None from the dropdown menu
