How do I customize which profile fields my users can fill out?

As an admin, learn how to set which user information is required during sign-up and where the information is displayed

  1. Select Settings from the left-hand menu

  2. Click User settings then User properties

  3. Click on the property label

  4. Scroll down to the 'Attributes' section to define: who can update the property, if it is included on user profiles, if users are prompted to complete the field during sign-up and whether or not it is a required field

Want to gather additional info from your customers, you can create a custom property from the same screen by clicking the Add property.
