1. Select Settings from the left-hand menu and then User properties

  2. Click on the property label

  3. Scroll down to the 'Attributes' section to define: who can update the property, if it is included on user profiles, if users are prompted to complete the field during sign-up and whether or not it is a required field

Want to gather additional info from your customers, you can create a custom property from the same screen by clicking the Add property.
