User details can easily be updated within the admin dashboard.
Navigate to the Users' account panel from different areas in the dashboard:
Regardless of whether you're reviewing a booking, an invoice, or a Community Feed post from a user, you can review and manage your users' information by simply clicking on their names.
Navigate to Users' account panel from the User page:
Click on Users in the left hand menu
Click on the user you wish to edit
In the user account panel, navigate to their account details on the left
Make any desired changes, and they will be saved automatically
Note: Users will be able to edit their personal details when viewing their profile within the mobile app. Email address changes must be made by an administrator.
If you get an error message when changing a user's email address, contact Optix Support.
