User details can easily be updated within the venue manager dashboard.
- Click on Users in the left hand menu
- Click on the user you wish to edit
- In the user side panel, click on Account and then Edit
- Make any desired changes, and they will be saved automatically
- Click the back arrow in the top left of your screen to return to your user list
Users will be able to edit their personal details when viewing their profile within the mobile app. Email address changes must be made by an administrator.
