The Optix calendar in will display meetings synced from your Exchange or Google Calendar for each individual room. The details one is able to see depends on their role at your organization.

As an admin, clicking into a meeting on your Optix dashboard will display the title of the meeting (i.e. "Busy" in image below), but not the owner or invitees associated with the meeting.

However when your Optix users access the calendar to book a room through your mobile app, they will only see the time slots for which the room is available and booked. They will not see any information about the meeting.
