As an admin, learn why an external booking may not appear in your dashboard

If you have connected a calendar to Optix but an event is not being imported into to your calendar, it could be because of the following:

  • An existing meeting was in Optix and this external event would have created a double booking.

  • The booking is outside of the location opening hours, and the resource is not set to allow 24/7 booking.
