A Delay is a type of Control that allows you to add time delays between steps in your Automations. This helps you to space out actions and manage the timing of your processes more effectively.
Example: Follow up with users after their Tour Booking ended
Trigger: New Tour Booking
Delay: Wait for 1 day after the Tour Booking
Action: Send an email
"Hey there, how was your tour of our space last week?"
To add a Delay into your Automation:
Click on Choose an action
Click on Delay
Select Until relevant date, and the delay is until 1 day after the Tour Booking
Click Done
