How do I edit or delete a past booking?

As an admin, learn how to update or delete bookings that have ended

You can update or delete past bookings to reflect the accurate duration of a User's stay. For instance, a User may have spent an hour longer in your meeting room than they've originally booked or you may want to delete a past booking on behalf of the User.

To update a past booking

  1. Click on Schedule from the left-hand menu and select List

  2. Click on the booking of your interest

  3. Click on the edit icon in the top right corner of the screen

  4. Update the booking

  5. Click Save

To Delete a past booking

  1. Follow steps 1 - 2 from the above

  2. Click on the delete icon in the top right corner of the screen

  3. If the User has already paid for the booking, decide whether you'd like to provide a credit for this booking

  4. Click Cancel Booking
