There are three different ways you can enable your sign up widget:
Embed will allow you to have the sign up form integrated on to one of your existing web pages
Pop-up will allow you to have Users click a button to open a modal that displays over the top of a webpage
Link will give you the URL to which you can connect a "Sign-up" button (or something similar) to open the web User sign-up form on a separate page. You can also include the link to social pages, in emails, etc.
To select your preferred method:
Scroll down to Embed and select pop-up, embed, or via a link
Click Get the Embed Code/Link to generate the code or link that can be added to your website
If you are unfamiliar with how to edit your website, it is recommended that you work directly with your web developer on how best to integrate this functionality on your website. If you don’t currently have a web developer available to you, we recommend using the link option. The link to book directly from your website will be in the format: yoursubdomain.optixapp.com/signup
Note: To allow Users to select a Plan or a Pass and purchase them via the sign up Web widget, you'll need to connect to a payment gateway. |

Important: When the Sign up widget is enabled, it is possible for anyone on the internet to access your form and become a User in your Optix account.
We recommend making payments required and requiring Users to purchase a plan or have the allowance via the Sign-up Web Widget to immediately access the mobile app.
In your admin dashboard, go to Settings > Features > Plans & Passes > Permissions
Enable Users must have allowance or an active plan to access the mobile app
With this setting turned on, anyone coming into your location who has a credit card and a Plan or Allowance assigned to their profile will be able to log into the mobile app as soon as their plan is active
