How do I sign up for Optix?

As an Admin, learn how to sign up to Optix directly from your trial dashboard.

Ready to take the next step in automating your flex space, engaging your community, and growing your business? During your trial, you can sign up anytime to a paid Optix subscription. With just a few clicks, you’ll transition seamlessly from your trial account to an active Optix account.

To Sign Up:

  1. Log in to your Admin Dashboard

  2. Click the blue Compare plans button in the banner at the bottom of your dashboard

  3. Select your Plan and whether you'd like to move forward with an Annual or Monthly Plan

  4. Click Sign up

  5. Enter your billing information and confirm


What will happen when I sign up?

When you sign up, you'll:

  • Keep all of the work you set up during your trial (i.e. Resources you created, Users you added, Automations you built, etc.)

  • Access paid features such as Visitor Management and Document Signing

  • Get access to an Onboarding checklist to continue setting up your dashboard

  • Be able to launch Optix to your community!

Can I change my Plan later?

Yes! You can change plans at any time from Settings → Administration → Optix Subscription.
