How do I set up my payment gateway with CardConnect (CardPointe)?

As an admin, learn how to link Optix with your CardConnect/CardPointe account to accept and process payments

In CardConnect:

  1. Request your API Live Credentials from CardConnect

  2. Make note of your Merchant ID
    ​

In Optix:

  1. Select Apps & Integrations from the left-hand menu

  2. Scroll down and click CardConnect

  3. Click Install

  4. Input your Merchant ID in the 'merchant' field

  5. Input your API username in the 'login' field

  6. Input your API password/transaction key in the 'password' field

  7. Click Save
