How do I set up my payment gateway with ePay?

As an admin, learn how to link Optix with your ePay account to accept and process payments

To enable your payment integration with ePay, first, create an account directly with ePay, then follow the below steps in your ePay account:

  1. Add Spreedly API IP addresses to the list of authorized IPs in the ePay account. Currently, Optix uses Spreedly to connect with ePay and you'll need to copy the IP addresses from the "Outbound Requests" section of this website and paste them into your ePay account.

  2. Add optixapp.com as a referring domain. For more information, please refer to this website, under the section, 'What does “Referring domain is not allowed/URL not allowed for relaying” mean?'

Once you complete the steps above, follow the below steps in your Optix account to complete the integration:

  1. Reach out support@optixapp.com and request to integrate with ePay

  2. Once the Optix team confirms that they've enabled ePay in your dashboard, Select Apps & Integrations from the left-hand menu

  3. Scroll down and click ePay

  4. Click Install

  5. If you already have an ePay account, enter your Merchant number and click Save
