If you have been assigned any plans that include a room or desk allowance, the plan should be preselected while you're booking a room or desk within the mobile app. If you're assigned to multiple plans, you can choose which one you'd like your current booking to come out of in the 'Cost/Plan' section of the room/desk booking screen.
