Within Optix, you can enable 'Silent Mode' to temporarily disable user notification emails while you are setting up or making changes to your account.
To enable 'Silent Mode':
Click Settings in the left-hand menu
Click User settings then select Silent mode
Click Enable Silent Mode then Confirm
Note: The silent mode will disable all notifications for all Users, regardless of their status. |
To disable 'Silent Mode':
Click Manage on the dark purple bar at the top of your Optix web dashboard or follow steps 1-2 from above.
Click Disable Silent Mode and from the drop-down menu, select whether or not you would like to send welcome emails to users added while in silent mode
