How do I change a user's transaction fee?

As an admin, learn how to update the transaction fee on a user's invoice?

To update the transaction fee reflected on a user's invoice:

  1. Navigate to the user's invoice

  2. Click on the drop-down menu beside the Transaction fee column

  3. Select the option of your choice

Note: You cannot change the transaction fee on pending and paid invoices.
