To remind users about their allowance amount:
Click on the Automations tab (lightning bolt icon) from the left-hand menu
Click Add automation from the top right corner
Click Start from scratch
From the list of Triggers, select Allowance amount changed, and decide whether you'd like to notify users of all types of allowances or for specific allowances (i.e. allowances for conference rooms)
Once configured, click Continue
Below the trigger you created, click Choose an action
From the list of Actions, click either Send an email OR Send a message
Draft a message to your users regarding their low allowance levels, and customize the additional fields as necessary (i.e. notification type, which admin the user can reply to...etc), and click Done.
Add a title to the Automation, and click on Save and set live in the top right corner
