Automations are a great way to automatically send messages to Users and Teams within your Optix dashboard. You can choose what Trigger you would like to begin the Automation, and then choose the Send a message Step.
You are also able to significantly customize and personalize any of your automated emails and messages within an Automation by using Data fields available below where you write your message.
Simply click within this text box, and the Data fields will appear:
