What Are Recipes in Automation?

Recipes are predefined templates that help you set up Automations quickly and easily. They provide step-by-step instructions for common tasks, making automation simple without needing advanced technical skills.

  1. Quick Start: Use ready-made templates to begin automating tasks immediately.

  2. Ease of Use: Follow clear instructions to set up workflows.

  3. Customization: Adjust recipes to suit your specific needs.

How to use Recipes in Optix

To view the available Recipes:

  1. Click on the Automations tab in the Optix dashboard

  2. Click Add automation

  3. Browse through available Recipes on the Recipes List page

  4. To view a specific Recipe, click on Details >

On the Recipe page, you are able to:

  1. View a Preview of the Recipe

  2. Turn the Recipe on immediately, by clicking on Set live:

  3. To edit or change the Recipe before setting it live, click on Open in editor:
