How do I manage my email and notifications preferences?

As an admin, learn how to control what notifications you'd like to receive from Optix

If you'd like to update your email and notification settings for your account directly within the dashboard.

  1. Click on the Notification icon on the sidebar on the left-hand side

  2. Click on the Settings icon on the right-hand panel

  3. Update your email and notification preferences

  4. Click Save

For notifications on invoices, you can choose to receive a separate notification for each time a User/Team pays their invoice or in bulk after a time delay.

To update this setting:

  1. Follow steps 1 -2 from above

  2. Click on Customize grouping under Invoicing

  3. Specify your preference

  4. Click Save

Note: You can use the filter option to view your notifications by type.
