Once you’ve added a Plan Template in Optix, you can easily update this Template at any time. Updating a Plan Template will only update the Template for the next time you want to use it to add a Plan to a User or Team, it will not affect any active Plans that used this Plan Template.
Note: Editing a Plan Template doesn't change the Plans your members already have. Price, allowance, and name changes apply only to Plans added after you save. To update members already on the Plan, use Plans > All Plans, filter to the Plan, and click Bulk edit. Learn how to bulk update Plans.
1. Click on Plans on the left-hand menu
2. Click on Plan Templates
3. Click on the Plan Template you wish to edit
4. Click Save after making changes to the Plan Template

If I change the price on a Plan Template, will existing members be charged the new price?
No. Existing Plans keep their current price. Use Bulk edit to update them.
I added allowance to a Plan Template, but members don't have it. Why?
Their Plans were added before the change. Use Bulk edit to add the allowance to their Plans.
