When do invoices become overdue?

As an admin, learn when users' invoices are overdue in your organization

Invoice statuses change over time. Invoice status changes from 'due' to 'overdue' after a custom number of days. You can set the number of days under Settings > Features > Invoicing > Invoice policy.

Note: If an Overdue invoice fails to be processed with auto-pay, Optix will re-attempt to charge the User's payment method one more time, 4 hours after the first attempt.
