How do I create a menu extension?

As an admin, learn how to add a link to your website within the app

You might want to include a menu extension in the app for a number of reasons; for example, to refer users to your business website, your organization’s social media platforms, or to any other coworking spaces you may be managing. Here are the steps to creating a menu extension:

  1. Click Settings from the left-hand menu

  2. Click Mobile app

  3. Under 'Add links to the More Screen' section, and click Configure Links

  4. Click Add Link

  5. Add a name, URL, and decide if you'd like to show this link in the app

  6. Click Save

The extension will display at the bottom of the mobile app's menu, accessed by tapping the More menu icon on the bottom right corner of the app screen.

Note: You can create up to three separate menu extensions in Optix, which will all appear in the More tab of the app.
